Since I trained today I can be on a calorie surplus! Yeah Budddy!
-Post Workout- 1 1/2 plate of tuna carbonara with 3 scrambled eggs
- While here in the office surfing the net este... while working pala- 1 big bag of growers peanuts.
-Later on my lunch break- Katsudon, boiled eggs, leche flan
-Last meal of the day- Ice cream and some more peanuts!

dito ako FAIL - sa food log. pero recommended ito lalo na sa mga losing weight. dati meron ako nito pero hirap ako mag keep track talaga. hehehe!
anyhowz.. breakfast - 1/2 cup almonds & kofi. :)ahahah! naging gauge yung litaw na abs sa kabadingan. :P
para kay lourd de veyra! Crispy pata with rice yan! :D:D

breakfast - peanut butter sandwich + whey
lunch nilagang BAKA + chicken breast + brown rice
dinner - kalderetang BAKA + brownrice
midnight snack - whey at pancake.
Breakfast - cheese sandwich + whey w/oats + creatine
Lunch - pork skinless longganisa + rice,rice,rice,rice on! + milo w/ oatmeal
3pm snack - hardboiled egg + cheese sandwich
5pm snack - hardboiled egg + cheese sandwich
dinner - pork skinless longganisa + rice,rice,rice,rice on + biscuits
9pm snack - toasted breads w/ margarine and sugar and hardboiled egg
midnight snack later - hardboiled egg + ? hmmmm

meal1: 4 Scrambled eggs, 3 bananas
meal2: Post workout shake w/ creatine and my multivits
meal3: half cup rice, Pork steak walang taba
meal4: Whey protein, 2 bananas
meal5: Whey protein, 2 bananas
meal6: Whey protein, 2 bananas
meal7: Half cup rice, (ulam nde pa alam kasi memya pa 1030pm ko na meal to hehe)
meal8: half cup oatmeal w/ milk, 3 bananas
Hehe mdyo puro whey ang nasa meal ko ngaun kasi hirap magprep ng solid food source for protein, mdyo sawa na din ako sa egg. hehehe
Monggo with pork and rice
half chocolate bar
40g nuts
Mamaya lang KFC double down fully loaded meal!!! YEAH BUDDDY!
