HElp needed

Guys,

Pano b mag gain ng weight without getting fat belly?

Almost ilang percent nalang fat ko at pumayat mukha ko, pano ba mag gain at hindi magkaroon ng fat belly? At mejo lumubo mukha?

Parang ang hirap, please help!!!!

    Pero mahirap un,unless gifted ka talaga. Isipin mo na lang isa kang bato na pangit sa umpisa pero pag na-ukit ka na lalabas na ung isang obra maestra! :)
  • Hmmmmm... eto ay nabasa ko lang sir 6pack. meron modified na KETO diet for bulking search mo bb.com or google mas mahaba ang carbo loading period nito on a weekly basis compared sa normal KETO diet though nde ko sure ang effectiveness nito kasi itatry ko pa lang ito come next year. try mo basa basa, tpaos consult ka na din kay sir lastresort kasi KETO diet ang gamit nya ung normal nga lang ung sa kanya.

    Try a ketogenic diet. It minimizes fat gain.

    ^Not true if you're bulking up. Ain't gonna happen.

    Nothing works your core like heavy squats and deadlifts.
  • to build your abs, you need first to build your core.

    lalo na pag mababa na bodyfat. parang ang sarap mag ab exercise ng nakahubad kasi kita mo yung abs mong ripped. at pangarap ko yon :D
