different exercises for bulking and cutting???

sir i'm 32 yrs old, 5'5", and 140 lbs. 3X a week sa gym.. chest/biceps - tues ; back/triceps thurs ; shoulder/ calves friday; legs/ abs (the next tuesday.. and so on....


please enlighten me... is bulking the same as building mass? is it pure muscle or you'll have some fats with muscle?? sorry i'm noob with some terms..

can you give me the set of exercises and reps for mass and cutting...
sometimes im hearing this in the gym "mass ako ngayon e"... right now mga masters, gusto ko sana program for cutting, medyo malaman naman na po ako e, with flabs sa tyan, gusto ko sana meyo formed yung muscles ko. medyo di ko din naman type sobra bulldog type kasi 5'5" lang height ko. sana yung mukhang slim lang pero pag naghubad ok na yung katawan... please post exercises/programs na cutting o magiging ripped ka, and then exercises naman po para mag bulk up ka lang, pati sir sets and reps...

    set your main goal first and if you have chance post a pic for reference on your body structure..
  • Sir mejo noob din ako hindi expert. Pero may suggest lng ako. Hmmm wastong nutrition/diet, 6 small meals a day. At syempre exercises. Maganda mag try mag superset, one exercise after another with minimal or no rest.

    Exercise na maganda (cutting) para sa akin ay barbell jump squat 3 sets/12 reps at burpees. (include mo lng sa exercises mo sir)

  • For Mass Building i am suggesting the Squats and Milk workout or the 20 Rep Squat workout

    The Workout Full Body 3 X a week increase weight every week by 5 lbs
    SQUAT - 20 X 3 reps 2 set for light warm ups max weight (last set 150% of total body weight)
    Pull over- 20 reps using 25 lbs plate (to expand the ribs, breathing set)
    Bench press -20X 1 heavy use spotter for safety (use warm up set always)
    Pullover again for breathing expands the ribs
    Bent over Barbell row -20 X 1 super set with any back exercise that comfortable for you
    Shoulder press 20 X 1
    pag hindi pa pagod you can hit your biceps and triceps with one set this should not last 45 Mins
    low cardio for bulking

    DIET

    1 gallon of Milk everyday till you die
    2 Chicken
    3 Eggs
    4 Oatmeal
    5 Supps if you have i recommend weight gainer like muscle juice, Serious mass etc
    Eat 5 - 6 times a day
    Rest or sleep 8 - 10 hours
    ETC ETC ETC

    lift heavy. rest properly then eat clean..

    pag gusto mo ng mass, sobrahan mo calorie intake( add 10-20% sa maintainance ) mo. pag gusto mo weight loss, bawasan mo calorie intake( less 10- 20% ).

    ung training intensity mo dapat di nagbabago.. heavy pa din or volume 3 to 4 time a week.. ung calories lang dapat nagvavary
