    hehe... one reason why i hate training arms kce may tendonitis na ako. On/off pa ang pag trigger nya kaya minsan hindi ako makapag intense training kce sumasakit sa elbow tip, forearm at wrist bago ko pa maramdaman sa mismong biceps/triceps.

    Weird nga kase gusto back training which uses the biceps and forearms din...

    nyaiks!

    sir, i would like to know a little bit more about sa ("tendonitis").

    -nag tritriger po ba ito during work out?
    -what about kung non workout, do you feel uncomfortable sa affected parts?
    -may workaround po ba para maiwasan? and cure?

    OT
    madami pwede magi cause ng tendonitis, pwede din sa pag wo-workout
    mine was triggered nung bumagsak ako at elbow ko ung pinag salang ko sa weight ko... hindi naman na injured but i reckon doon nag start yung trauma..

    Non workout discomfort, yes, pag nag da-drive may mga kirot. minsan din pag tambay ka lang, parang may uncomfy feeling na gusto i-suntok ung kamay mo para tumunog ung elbows

    cure? pag striking and continuous pain, corti shots. kung hindi, therapy and rest... i do therapy but not sufficient kase hindi ko din pinapahinga..
