    'the normal way'
    buhat bata
    linis bahay
    akyat/baba ng hagdan (not sure how to do this one for bungalows :( )

    'the exercise way'
    full burpee
    jumping jack

    'the equipment way'
    thread mill
    elliptical trainer
    jumping rope (rope is still an equipment right?)

    ot, but overall, i still prefer outdoor cardio, which i do every weekend which is mountain biking. you got to love 'uphell' climbing if you want cardio :P cheers!

    countdown high intensity full burpee - shudder

    haluan mo pa ng jump, pushup at dumbbell o kettlebell swing yung full burpee, tapos with timer na 10 mins, either babagsak ka sa sahig after o susuka ka. Pero tapos agad ang cardio mo within 10 minutes

    Search "Walk Away the Pounds" on YouTube by Lisa Sansone. That's a walk at home program that helped me back when I was still 310 lbs and couldn't do much as far as cardio is concerned. It's a good program to start. Papawisan ka talaga and it's joint-friendly pa.
