  • 25 yrs old 5'8 from 240lbs now 180lbs,goal ko lumabas ang six pack abs ko at may cuts kahit pano sa arms,breast ko 41inch waist 36,pero sawing palad parang wala parin cuts,hanggat maari sana yaw ko gumamit ng mga whey protein,anytips mga master,sakit kasi mata pagmay nakikita kong maganda katawan e hahaha gusto rin sana

    To answer your question, in order to stimulate muscle growth you need to push your body to its limit in order maka feel ng "threat" ung muscles mo and instinctively mafoforce mag adapt ung muscles mo w/c will start muscle growth w/c relatively will make your muscles bigger. Now to clear things up, there is NO "fast" way of getting "muscular" big in days or weeks (unless you're going to take roids however i will not recommend it either for a newbie like you). Most of us here took months to gain everything we have right now of course through hard work, proper nutrition, proper rest habits, etc... Now if you want details of the proper way to do these things. It's best that you create your personal journal in the "journals" section of this site (include your goals, current exercise routine, current nutrition pattern) and And all the members here will do the best they can to help you on correcting (should there be any) on your current routine. :)
