Gaano kabigat bench press niyo mga idol?
120 na kasi akin pero ang liit padin ng chest ko. haha.

    80lbs max lang sakin. Panay push ups,pull ups at dips ako. mas madali lumaki at mgka shape chest ko kesa sa Bench Press

  • Ang bench ko ngayon 200 lbs 4 sets of 8 reps, try mo mag cycle ng program na kaya mong gawin ng 10 reps,example 4 sets x 10 reps ng 100. Pag katapos ng 1 week increase ka ng 5 or 10 pounds same routine para ma develop ang endurance and strength mo.
  • bigat ah.. so far,
    Flat Bench: 180lbs max for 5reps (without spotter)
    Inclined: 170lbs 4reps (w/o Spotter)

    I max 165 once, but was on 2 dose of hemorage. Cant seem to get there anymore. Probably because of injury or on deficit right now. I started with 55 so i come long way.

    flat - 170lbs x8 rep full range
    incline - 160 x7 rep full range
    diet mode on, w/ pre-workout supps kc. (nano vapor/bsn xplode)

    dahil sa payo ni lastresort.. eto umaabot na ako ng 190lbs max.. 10reps sa lahat ng bench.. :)) astig! salamat sa advice sir..

    5'10" height nya, pure solid muscles lng yata yun, wan ko dun... pero imba yung strength nya di po ba?

    5'7 160 lbs ako...
    bench press ko eh 150 lbs with spotter (3x5 - starting strength)
    ecto ako kaya maliit parin ang chest ko kaya kailangan pa ng konting tyaga

    Declined Bench Press
    1st set - 145 lbs @ 4 reps
    2nd set - 135 lbs @ 6 reps
    3rd set - 125 lbs @ 8 reps

    1st set is done very close to muscle failure. I don't have a training partner so I can't do training to muscular failure (that would be dangerous)

  • sakin 100lbs 2-sets, 12 repetitions (with spotter). 2 months ago i started out with 60lbs,, di ako nadidiscourage sa ibang mas mabigat ang binubuhat kasi mahahabol ko rin yung binubuhat nila in due time hehehe. tuloy-tuloy lang ang pagbubuhat mga brader wag mawawalan ng pagasa IMO.:sport:

    Trying to break the plateau..
    w/ d help ng mga masters, try ko sana 2morow 170lbs inclined 3-5reps... mahirap pero, i'll try.... (an laki ni sir milky, masasalo nya naman pag nag failed hahahaha)
