rolled oats with cinnamon and blueberry pinch of salt
eggs scrambled with parsley and dried basil salt and white pepper
ground beef with mixed carrots peas and corn with celery
chicken sauted with shiitake mushrooms with paprika black pepper salt and 5spices
insert brown rice in empty spaces of that food bin
