    Looking good.
    Arms, chest and shoulders a good. Do more lower chest exercises and for the love handles you just need to cardio and deadlift more. Eventually it will go away

    Ang galing paps! Good job. Nakakarelate ako sa yo kasi dati rin akong obese. Yung love handles talaga ang malaking balakid sa journey natin. Kahit nung buto't balat na ako, may naiwan pa rin konting love handles at ang sabi daw halong taba at excess na yun so di ko alam kung dapat ipa-lipo ko na ba. Pero titingnan ko muna kung may improvement sa next cut ko.
