about sa high protein content per serving ng ON being the highest, not really i know other products that has higher protein content per serving (in grams) like dymatize iso-100, nagmahal kasi si ON lately and pagdating naman kasi sa protein powder, bukod sa protein per serving ratio, and "kind" of protein na nasa powder is sa lasa lang nagkakatalo. some of the members here are using PM7 (w/c is the cheapest by far) and they getting good gains w/ it, i personally use mutant whey, IMHO nde din mai-didictate ng whey supplement alone ang pag grow mo ng lean muscles, while it will indeed help covering "some" of your macros lalo na if you are defninitely busy, pero for me i'd rather eat my protein than drink it.
il take a look sa PM7,what i remember 1k difference sa ON,
my main concern is why save few bucks if you can get the best with a few pesos but if those products are almost the same then no brainer kung piliin ko un ON,thanks sir for the info,appreciate it

Well, about sa concern sa price there is nothing wrong buying the more "expensive ones" as long you get a "bang for your buck" saka i almost forgot, may "hiyangan" factor din kasi sa protein powders so my take is try looking for reviews of the protein powders you see here and perhaps decide afterwards what will work better for you.

no prob, ung sa foreign fitness sites kasi madalas, medyo "geared" on marketing kaya you will rarely see info about other products. meron tayu sa site na ibang review on whey protein powders based sa experience ng mga members dito (you might wanna check it out pero ilan pa lang ang meron dun) tapos yun nga search mo na lang yung iba over the net.

as for myself, 1st time ko po mag take ng mutang whey, & i've noticed na nag gain ako ng weight, (muscle mass) so easily, combined w/ proper exercise, nutri & rest... compared ko sa pag gamit ko nuon ng ON whey, well i cant tell dn, siguro may something na mali ako nuon na ginagawa kaya wala maxado progress. kumpara sa ngayon po, laki talga ng naitulong dn sken ng site n to, mas nag eenjoy ako sa gains ko ngaun...

first time ko din try ang mutant whey, long time ON GS whey user ako tiyaka minsan dymatize elite whey naman kapag nagsawa na ako sa lasa ng ON, gusto ko lang subukan itong mutant kung maganda siya. nabili ko kay Anselka's ang mutant whey ng 10lbs ng P3600.. kung titignan niyo mas mura siya kaysa sa 10lbs ng ON GS whey P4600 pero kung titignan mo sa servings parehas lang pala sil halos ng price per scoop.. ang mutant 10lbs 126 servings = 3600/124= P28.57 per scoop. Ang ON GS whey (vanilla flavor) 10lbs 154 servings= P4600/154= P29.87 per scoop.. Ok naman ito mutant whey kahit 22g lang siya compare sa 24g ng ON GS, ok naman ang lasa ng triple chocolate, ung di lang maganda sa mutant para sa akin ang mixability.. di siya maganda pag stir-spooned, dapat talaga shaker di tulad ng ON GS whey, kahit 8 sec. mo lang stir-spooned ay dissolve at ok na inumin haha. Babalik nalang ako sa ON pag naubos ko itong mutant haha.

Pang post workout talaga haha.. pero para makatipid, mas maganda bili ka nalang ng ON GS whey at ON creatine powder. Sa combat, mix protein siya kaya iniinom ko siya before sleep kasi 8 hours delivery siya, di ako nagigising ng madaling araw sa gutom haha..
