Goal mascular and ripped. model type.
Bulking phase (on 3rd month now. from 125lbs)
5'11
155lbs
16.1% body fat(mercury drug)
Bench press 120lbs max
biceps 150lbs
back 100lbs machine
dont mind the lbs and muscle group. track record ko lang yan if nalakas bako. ^^
newbie ako dito. been working out for i think 2 years na but very very slow progression. kasi recent lang ako nagbulking. ngayong bulking lang ako naka feel na nagka muscle ako. the only problem is nagkaka tiyan ako. look 16.1% body fat. haha. though the past 3 months is slightly dirty bulking with a lot of white rice. ngayon i modified it to wheat bread and more more protein while mantaining my strength.
DIET
8 boiled egg whites
gardenia wheat bread like 4 slices a day
with 2 tbsp of peanut butter
tuna lite 2 delata 30 protein ata per can
+few rice and ulam kung anong maihaing.
i think i gained too much fat kasi mabilis paglaki ko 3 month span? kinakabahan lang ako pag nag cuts baka di na mawala yung tiyan or baka mag saggy?
anyways ill keep this updated.

Ako rin it took me a year to realize that I cannot bulk and cut at the same time. Mag gain talaga tau ng fats if it's in our genes Pero ok Lang yan Di yan mag sag bro tulad ng iniisip mo as long as you're hitting the weights no problem
Pwede k rin magdagdag ng milk sa diet mo and aim for 1-2g of proteins per lb of body weight
or at least lessen mo like 3x a week or 2x a week nalang..
suggestion lang po yan ah
pero starting nung july up to now from 125 to 155 lbs nako. nagka chest nako kahit papano. pero medyo fatty i think sa genes ko.
i think ill continue bulking nalang muna. clean bulking.
ill post some pics pag nagka time kaso di niyo talaga maappreciate yung muscle lol )

yung cycle yung pinagbilhan ko siya ang nagturo sakin ng cycle. pero that is so over im not gonna get back to it.
ouch! totoo ung statement ni milk. lalo pa't madami testosterone converted to estrogen. buti na lang ok na.
