Home Workout?

Hello, I'm just new at working out and I don't really know where to start except doing home workout because I'm pretty anxious when I tried doing it at the gym. So currently I'm doing Pushups, Situps, Squatting, Crunching, and most body weight exercising because of what I read and watch on the internet. Any more tips?

  • The only issue I have with home workout is that your training is limited only to your body weight plus there's not much pulling exercises except pull-ups/chin-ups. Eventually, your body adapts and everything becomes easy. I suggest you enroll at a gym. Investment din yan sa health mo. At the gym, you have access to all equipments. You can also make friends at the gym. :)
