mga tol anong pre and post workout meal kaya yung maganda at madali i prepare kapag nagpapalaki ka ng chest and arms.. puro itlog,apple/banana, at skim milk kasi ung meal ko pag before and after workout.. minsan oatmeal..

Rice with chicken or white fish or seafood. My fat is low (~5g)
Post workout meal:
Cereal. Sherbet. Bread. Fruits.
Whey + Glutamine + Creatine
Post-post workout meal:
Almost similar to pre-workout meal. Fat is 0g.
thanks mga sir.. pede naman pala mag rice.. pero bakit kaya ung iba inaalis ung rice sa workout meal nila? parang ang hirap mag workout ng hindi rice ang kinain eh o kakainin after eh. ang bilis ko mapagod
Ewan. Basta ako rice. Depende sa tao kasi. Saka depende rin kung ano ang purpose mo.
