16/8 method need paba ng exercise?

Ask lang po guys kung kelangan paba ng exercise sa IF? or pede ding hindi na? Kasi sabe nila mas maganda kung uunti untiin mo muna diba? Ask lng naman po kasi tamad din ako magkikikilos pero i think kung sa pagbawas ng pagkain makakaya ko.. salamat po sa mabilis na magrereply????

    What's IF? Is that intermittent fasting?

    The answer is YES.

    Remember Intermittent Fasting, Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Atkins o kahit ano ang tawag mo sa diet, it is just a tool. You still need to workout and move your muscles. Sure, you will lose weight if you are eating less calories than your expenditure. But that is a short term plan. Remember your body is complex, and there is also metabolic rate, the more dormant you are, your body eventually gets adapted to that state and would require less and less food.

    Imagine mo na lang ang isang kotse, hindi mo gamitin ng isang taon, ilang gallon ng gasolina ang kelangan mo? Kapag hindi mo rin ginagamit ang isang kotse, masisira rin yan.

    Make sure you use your body. MOVE.

    Also: to add, IF is not an excuse to eat horrible, same as true with Keto (eating chicharon and lechon is NOT a keto diet). Eat quality food.

    Eh it's generally personal preference... it's like some people like white wine, some red wine. They both mostly drink it for the taste, black coffee have more caffeine and tea have less caffeine.

    I usually have black coffee, pero may 1tsp of brown sugar. Black pa rin bang maituturing yun?

    It is no longer fasting. Sugar is carbs.

    Yes, it is still black coffee. Is it 0 calorie? No.

  • 5 years nako di tumitira ng asukal, mababa pa tax nun lol
  • Ginagawa ko itong 16/8 method without doing exercise, pero nag decide nq mag gym plus jogging nung mag iisang buwan na akong di nababawasan ng timbang.

    After that, nabawasan na ulit ako ng 1 to 2 lbs per week...

    yes ok lang naman yang 16/8 na IF papi, pero watch what you eat during the 8hr window mo, I mean the quality and quantity. Ika nga kahit anong method pa yan mapa IF, KETO etc., walang mangyayari kung hindi ka naka calorie deficit :) . Consistency and discipline lang naman kailangan natin para ma achieve ang pinaka inaasam natin na katawan. At take note paps hindi yan overnight ang changes ha.. kaya sipag at tyaga lang talaga. good luck!
