first time mutant mass?

mga master first time ko bumuli ng MM ask lang kung ilang scoop ang tamang timpla ko
50kg lang ang bigat ko... maraming salamat....please respect..

  • Salamat brod....sinubukan ko Yung 2scoop kanina lang Umaga problem nagdiarhea naman ako, kailangan ko lang siguro magbawas pa ng scoop, 2020 pa namn expiration no nabili ko Kaya ok pa.... Salamat ulit...

  • Bro, suggestion lang kasi naging effective sakin.

    Yung 4 scoops mo, spread mo sa whole day. Ang ginagawa ko dati 1 scoop sa umaga, 1 scoop bago workout, 1 scoop after workout, 1 scoop bago matulog.

    Pero as much as possible, dagdagan mo na lang kinakain mo. Pag kulang pa rin calories mo, dun ka pa lang magtake ng mass. Wag ka matakot tumaba kasi nadadagdagan naman muscle mass mo if tama workout mo.

  • nakakapag cause ba talaga ng lbm yang mutant mass? gusto ko din sana itry to. saka ilang serving sya? wala kasi nakalagay sa balot nya eh.

    One serving nearly 200g of carbs? What do you eat the rest of the day? Are you using those carbs or just storing it as fat?

    I feel like this is just a waste of money. Instead of relying on this, you better replace your 200g of carbs with white rice, 50g of protein with chicken, beef or pork, 14g of fat with avocado, coconut oil, virgin oil.
