Kelangan ko po tulong nyo ????????

GOAL: James Reid body / budget meal lang po at ma attrack lng po mga girl sakin at tipong mapapa 2nd look lang po ????

5'5 po height ko, 148 lbs. At mejo may kalakihan po tiyan ko .

-Pano po ma achieve yang ganyang goal?
-Ano pong workout routine ang pwdeng gawin?
-Need pa po ba mag mass or whey na lng?
-Need po ba mag cardio?
-Ano po bang pwdeng kainin na pang budget meal lang?

Ok lng po ba etong workout routine na gnawa ko?

M - leg / ab
T - back / tricep
W - chest / bicep
Th - leg
F - shoulder / ab
S - rest
S - rest

Respek po sana po matulungan nyo po ko ????????.. Salamat po Godbless
