guys may naka try na ba sa inyo ng KETO diet?

gusto ko i try kasi ayaw na bumaba ng weight ko. naipit na ata sa 162lbs eh.

    did a research on it a few years ago. medyo delikado. wala kasi off the shelf na pang test nang urine, to check if one's going through ketosis. try mo na lang mag sbd kesa keto.

    ah ok. thanks sir hahaha.

    anyway, i started doing keto today. i just finished a 4 week low caloric diet para maglose ng body fat. from 15% bumaba naman me ng 10-11%.

    right now im 162lbs 5'7" ~10-11% BF. my target is 155-157lbs with 8% BF. sana ma achieve ko ulit..

    hindi ko masyadong maintindihan yung diet plan..andami kasing math..

    haha hindi naman, ok pa naman ako ngayon, medyo pumayat lang ako ngayon kulang ako sa carbs and protein. namayat braso ko lol,

    well sa keto plan ko, pinalitan ko lang ung mga protein sources ko ng may matataas na fat content. for example, instead na chicken breast, ginawa kong hamburger patty.. ung macros ko naging: carbs 10%, pro 30%, fat 60%..

    basta make sure na wala kang pre existing conditions like diabetes at hypercholesteronemia ( tama ba spelling).

    i like to try this one kasi sobrang hirap ng low carbs, low fat, high protein diet.. tska di mo talaga maiwasan na may muscle loss..

  • been researching on this for a bit now. Its gonna be worth trying. perhaps ill try doing this diet next year. nag memesocycle lang ako kasi everyweek right now from deficit to surplus pagdating sa calories. thoug most of the time ang pinakamababa kong intake is carbs and fat during deficit days.

    this is the best diet plan so far for me.. hindi siya parusa.. and the carb loads are very exciting!!!

    balitaan nyo nalang ako... pero tama nga hirap ng low carbs.. parang hirap lumaki ng masel at same din ng low calorie. tsk..

    @last pwede mo ba ishare yung detailed meal plan mo..panu mo din nicocompute..andami kasing math dun sa articles ng keto diet eh..

    actually me nakuha ako na calculator.. send ko sa email mo. tapos ung diet as long as pasok ung macros mo ok na un.. pinatry ko din ito diet na toh sa sister ko. naglose kami ng 20lbs in 5-6 weeksang maganda pa dito based sa experience ko. hindi ka masyado nanghihina sa workout mo tapos hindi din lumiliit ung muscles mo.. un nga lang sabi nila dapat mag adapt ka muna sa low carbs. sa kin kasi hindi ko naramdaman ung adaptation eh.

    sanay naman ako sa no carbs eh..kaya feeling ko kaya ko yan..tsaka me carb load day to eh which is ginagawa ko nmn na..kaya kelangan ko lang detailed kasi para mafit ko yung current diet ko sa keto diet..pm mo na lang yung calculator..

    kung kaya ng no carbs mas ok.. kaso medyo impossible kaya nililimit ung carb intake mo per day to 30 gms only.. ung ibang food kasi may mga accidental carbs na kasma so wala ka talaga choice..
  • meron akong nabasa na pwede mung gawin na cycle is every 3 days na KETO tapos load ka ng 1 day, though ideal is 5-6 day on KETO tapos 2 day carb load, then keto ulit.

    @buh: ang important dyan ung para sa whole day.. dun ka magconcentrate.. ung carb up ang nakakatakot kasi dito kasi masyado mataas ung calorie intake ( twice ng weekday ). Ok lang un. kaya ka lumalaki bigla after a carb up dahil sa glycogen replenishment sa muscles. tska ang LAKAS mo hahahaha after..guys try nyo to basahin for more info:

  • Ginawa ko to last 2 months out of desperation. 1 week i lost 10lbs. crazy. then 2nd week i lost 3. then 2. then plateau. Then i got no more money to buy all those bacons.

    My Conclusion

    If you know how to cook the high fat no carb meal, keto will work

    In my case, i know no cooking so hotdog bacon mayo lang lagi sabay nakaka sawa

    the 3rd day i was in, i feel like shit. Really energy is down, then after 6 days your body will get used to it. Then my saliva tastes like metal.
