Rule 1 (R1) Whey Protein Blend (and Isolate/Gain/Lbs)

Hello guys,

I am trying to go back to my fitness routine, so ayun naghanap ako ng magandang whey protein (dati akong gumagamit ng ON GS Whey). Nakita ko itong R1 Whey Protein (it was made daw by the same makers of ON GS Whey) and napakamura nya compared sa ibang whey protein powders (2100 5 lbs 3850 10 lbs). Is there anyone who have tried this brand? Kamusta naman effect/lasa nya sainyo? I ordered 2 5 lbs tub and mukhang next week pa darating so I want to set expectations before ko itry to myself hehe

I'm currently using muscle tech lean muscle builder but mag rule 1 nlng ako after maganda ung review nyan paps and no protein spiking scandal or whatever and no other things na kasama sa protein like creatine w/c make ung nitrogen test na mag mukang mataas ing protein content
