First time ko mag post ng personal journal haha
Bench press - 8 (90lbs),5,5,5 (100 lbs)
Military press - 5,5,6 (60lbs, 50lbs)
Dips - 3 sets of 15, 15, 12 reps
Abs(superset two exercises) - AB whell 20reps
Hanging leg raise - 17,17,10
Calves(pick any) - Angled Legged Pressed - 3 sets o20 reps (150lbs)
Rest period between sets = 2-3 minutes
except for Abs and Calves which is 1 minute.�

nice, mukhang ok naman na form mo paps. buti ka pa nga wala ka belly fat, back fat at love handles hehehe

pull-ups or chinups - 7,6,6
Bent Over row - 12,12,12 (95lbs)
Dumbbell curl - 13,12,12 (20lbs)
Abs(superset two exercises) - AB whell 20reps - 3 sets
Hanging leg raise - 16,16,16
Toe Raises - 3 sets of 20 reps (150,170lbs)
Notes: improve posture
Notes: wag madaliin ang mga sets, relax take it slowly

Note to self mo yan paps? Kasi coffee is my blood and water lol, same sa green tea. Would you believe nakaka 6 to 8 akong mug ng kape bawat araw? haha dahil sa work ko siguro lalo na pag tax season kape pa more!!
