Mga boss ask ko lang if safe ba mag take ng creatine? I saw some post kasi on google na it can cause hair loss daw kaya medyo natatakot ako mag-try. Need some feedbacks sa inyo mga boss na matagal na nag wworkout and may knowledge sa mga ganito. Salamat po

    Creatine will cause extreme na pagka uhaw paps, need mo uminom ng maraming tubig after. As far as the result is concern I don't think na gnun sya ka effective sa akin :) ewan ko sa iba

    Yes, safe yan basta wala kang problem na sa kidney mo. Just dont take it for too long siguro, after 2 months continues use then pahinga then take again if needed pa... Follow instruction depende sa brand na bibilin mo then drink lots of water or else ma dehydrate ka because creatine takes out water.

    Been taking 5g of creatine almost everyday for the past uh... 2 years? And goddamn, I need to get haircut like in a month. And bearded after 1 week of no shave.

    I haven't tried using creatine, does it make your hair grow fast papi?

    No. But I generally grow hair fast ever since. Creatine doesn't affect my hair growth. My blood test was alright too.

    I go with Creatine Magnapower. Pero wala sa Pinas, kaya I settle with Creatine Monohydrate. I always take the powder form.
