This is my current status. I started going to gym last January 2017 at di ako gaano consistent sa pag work out dahil minsan busy sa office sa dami ng work. Haha isinasantabi ko pag punta sa gym minsan dahil need ko i unahin work ko dahil mahirap mawalan ng trabaho dito sa abroad haha. Pero tina try ko mag gym kahit weekends lang pag sobra busy. First time ko sumali sa mga ganitong group at sana ma motivate ako sa mga post ninyo :) ngaun mejo maluwang sched nakaka pag gym ako 4-5 times per week. lQ0y2yXh.jpg

    Back work out today. Basics lang muna ginagawa ko. Takot pa kasi ako mag buhat ng mabigat. Mas ramdam ko yung muscle ko na nag wowork pag tama lang yung bigat at tama yung execution ng excercise. Hirap mag picture patalikod haha.

    Mali yung timbang ko sa una pic. Mas tama yung 2nd weight ko sa BMI assessment. :)

    pansin ko halos lahat ng dating active last year nag end up nung August hahaha! walis walis din pag may time!
