Gynecomastia

Hi po. Good evening. Ask lang po ako kung isang case po ba ito ng Gynecomastia at anu po bang chest exercises para malessen ung case ko. Salamat po.

    Mag cut ka muna sir. Pag medyo mababa na ung fat level mo pero may man boobs ka pa rin, baka gyno na po.

    nagkaganyan din ako dati sir, may thread pa nga akong ginawa about diyan.hehe. ang ginawa ko lang nag buhat ako ng nag buhat tapos tamang diet. pag tumagal ka na at ganyan parin baka nga gyne na po yan...

    It's hard to say because obviously, your body fat percentage is still pretty high. You need to lose fat and build your pecs. I can't remember if that is how my chest looked when I was fat, but I remember googling if I had one. Ngayong sobrang mas mababa na body fat ko compared sa dati, wala akong gyno. Talagang mataas lang BF% ko noon.

    Depende rin kasi sa genetics mo yan kung saan nilalagay ng katawan mo yung fat. Generally, sa abs and lower back. Pero sa kin, sa abs saka sa may armpit.

    I don't take any preworkout supplement. If you're trying to lose fat, there's just one basic rule: calories in vs calories out. The only other way is the steroid way.

    I have a friend who was using Hydroxycut. I was intrigued at first, but I didn't buy into the fat burning concept, so I didn't get one for myself. More than a year has passed, he's still fat, and I'm at 10%-12% body fat. So there you go.

    You can get those "fat burners" but at the end of the day, you're diet has to be in check. If not, then you're just wasting money.

    hindi ko kasi masabe sir e,, kung ttignan mo yung mga thread ko, yan din problema ko dati. hehe, gumawa din ako dati ng ganitong thread. kasi ako nun medyo payat na ako pero may man boobs parin, may nag sabe sakin na dagdagan ko daw muscle mass ko.. at mukang ayun na nga naging solution nung sakin, kasi nung nag papayat lang ako parang may taba parin siya, parang naging skinny fat ako nun, tapos may lawit sa dede na konting taba, pero nung nag buhat ako ng nagbuhat, dinagdagan ko muscle mass ko, ibig sabihin lumaki yung chest ko dahil sa muscle, dun lang siya nawala. hehe, napalitan ng muscle. tingin ko sir may pag asa pa yan e. buhat ka lang, mag palaki ka ng katawan..

    Count your calories. Watch your weight. Sa bodybuilding naman: tatlo lang yan. Cut, maintain, or bulk. You seem to be a noob, so nasa newbie stage ka and kailangan mo yun itake advantage. Work out lang ng work out. Now, kailangan mo tingnan yung weight mo lagi. As a newbie, you are capable of losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Pero later on, hindi na yun mangyayari.

    So, work out ka lang muna ng work out. Tingnan mo yung weight mo and pictures kung may nagbabago ba sayo. Give it a month or two. For now, maintain mo diet mo. You don't have to cut yet. Work out around 4 or 5 times a week. Or figure out a way to hit every muscle group twice a week. Try to add more plates, every time na maggym ka. And always do compound exercises first: squats, bench press, deadlifts, overhead shoulder press, rows.

    Cge po sir salamat sir ng try po ako ng deadlift. Medyo sumakit ung midback ko. Nung last thursday ako ng deadlift. Until now medyo masakit pa rin. Wrong form po ba?

    Good pm po. Pwede po ba isabay na mg build ng muscle mass tska mag loss ng fast sa chest part?
