WORK OUT PLANS AND TIPS ?
GOOD DAY GUYS! I JUST WANT TO ASK FOR DIFFERENT WORKOUT PLANS ...
newbie here , when it comes to program po kc nakikisbay lng aq sa tropa ko pero mag kaiba kami ng body type .. mas malaki at matangkad sya kesa sakin .. ndi nman kc ako mkahanap ng article sa internet about work out program na png pinoy .. puro foreign articles lng at mag kaiba ang physique ng asian sa other foreign countries even lifestyle at foods.
gusto ko lng sana malaman kung tama ung ginagawa ko na gym routine .. pls. care to add or correct nlng po .. TIA !
routines : 1hr/ day = 5 mins /stretching , 10 mins/cardio (bike) , 1 min. per set rest/ 2-3 min. nxt workout.
workout plan: 5 day split
day1 = legs = 8 workouts
day2 = back = 8 workouts
day3= REST
day 4 = chest= 8 workouts
day 5 = shoulders = 10 work outs
day 6= REST
day 7 = Arms ( 4 triceps/4 biceps)
12-10-8 -(6) opt. REPS
Height = 5'4 ft/ 164 cm
Weight = 65 kg
Age = 25 y.old
goal= bulking

iho, there is no true mesomorph, if that where the case you dont need to workout, there are endo-meso, ecto-meso, pure ecto or endo..
ganun po ba sir troll ? sorry english haha ndi ko ata na absorb ng 100% .. just like what i've said .. puro foreign articles kc nsa net ... pero what can you say about my routine and sched ? proper po ba or not ?? TIA !
by workouts you mean sets, right?

With the work out you need to add some great supplements in your diet. Such as Sarms Supplement....
