pero personally, as long as may protein yan, kakainin ko yan haha. pero pulubi lng aku haha. yaman nyo naman paps.

wow that's nice to know, pero ako kahit alin dyan, dati yan at almonds ang binabanatan ko, hindi nga lang sya pasok sa pang everyday meal ko ngayon. good luck.

like sir t4g4y said, supermarkets sa mga malls. try the cold section. kapag wala, try mo sa healthy options, which most malls also have.
