Okay lang ba gantong program?
Day 1 upper
Day 2 lower
Day 3 rest
Repeat
tuloy tuloy na ganyan?

Nakita ko kasi ung upper lower 4days program lang per week

    Gsto ko sana na tangalin ung isang rest na makasuod tpos ipalit na ung upper na. Feeling ko ksi d ko need ung 2 day consecutive rest.

    i would only do 1 rest day in between. those 2 rest days in between means your upper and lower in the middle of the week gets 3 rest days, which is personally too long, at least for me.

  • Ganyan din program ko last year because of hectic sched pero yung 3rd day ko ay calisthenics or functional training then repeat upper, lower and 2 restday pero last week ay binago ko na program ko, push,pull, legs&abs then maximal 2 days off.
