    Matamlay nanamn ako sa training. Parang wala ako lakas to do takedowns. Nahihirapan tulyo ako labanan yung mas mabigat or mas mabilis sakin.

    its not the motivation e. Parang ang daming sakit ko sa katawan. I think overtraining to. Im very motivated nagttrain nga ako kahit may sakit kaya tumagal pag galing ko.

    lol based sa dates ng workout mo paps, overtraining siguro, sunod sunod na araw ba naman eh hehehe. Try ka rest 1 to 2 days baka bumalik ang beast in you! recharged ba kung baga hehehe

    yea i feel very tired talaga. tapos ang dami talaga pain sa katawan ko. yung both elbows ko masakit upon any contact. kahit makaskas lang. Imagine trying to grapple tapos nangingiwi sa sakit kada patong ng elbow sa mats. Then those same elbows will be arm barred or whatever arm submission.
