meron ba ditong dating nag wo-workout tapos tumigil ng matagal at ngayon seryoso na uling bumalik? ako kailangan ko ng mag workout kasi it's the only way for me to gain muscle. sobrang bilis ng metabolism ko at wala na akong pag asang tumaba kaya pagbubuhat lang ang naka pag balik dati ng shape ko.

aminos are waste of money, only 3g(equivalent) of protein per servings.

ngayon pre workout and fish oil lang supps ko,, yung whey minsan lang, ayaw ko nga sana mag whey kaso binilhan ako ni Mrs.. haha. pero take ko lang siya pag kulang sa protein yung pagkain ko.
yon nga kung ang diet is talagang kumpleto na sa lahat, siguro baka di na nga kailangan ng supplement gaya ng sabi mo. thanks.

we're talking bout whey protein here, right? its technically considered a meal replacement, its used if youre in a hurry or always on the go, plus if you are need of extra calories if you cannot eat anymore...liquid food is easier to consume..
well, the point of discussion is the meaning of the word supplement. now your deviating..
im not deviating, the last time i checked this is fitness forum, im explaining it to you as simple as possible in the context of fitness and nutriton, not in verbatim via google or webster..
