Good day po! I'm a newbie asking for your advice especially added muscle mass which is my goal for 2017. Thanks in advance!

From 205lbs down to 180lbs from April to December, thanks to IF.

    well, technicaly strong lifts are for building strength, pyramiding focuses on form and mind to muscle connections, without proper form youll get injured on stronglifts, btw, stonglift are mainly used in breaking plateaus not for beginners..
