[Looking for] Cheap Easy to Prepare Foods with High Protein

Please examples naman po ng mga Cheap and Easy to prepare foods with high protein. Thanks guys! Try ko simulan mag prepare ng sarili kong food next time na mag grocery kami.

    yung mejo accessible at hindi gaanong mahal yun lang naman po hehe. Mas mura po kasi diba pag ikaw mismo magluluto ng food mo?

    student ka pa ba sir?? ma advice ko lang tutal bulking ka naman or nag papataba ka, kung anong iluto ni mama yun na kainin mo. hehehe. tapos damihan mo ng kanin. ang bilhin mo yung mga pang dagdag mo or snacks mo, example madameng eggs, isang tray ng eggs bumili ka, tapos peanut butter, butter, etc.. kung may budget ka bili ka ng chicken at ground beef. tapos samahan mo narin ng milk.. pwede din, diba may mass powder ka? yung mass mo itimpla mo sa milk imbes na sa tubig tapos lagyan mo din ng peanut butter. hahaha.

  • Yes sir @pandoy student here. Sige po ganun na lang gagawin ko. Gawin ko rin yung sa Milk ko na ititimpla yung mutant mass ko.

    oo sir, good luck, tapos wag ka masyadong mag pagod.. minsan kasi kaya hindi tumataba yung mga hard gainer dahil din sa stress or nag pupuyat or nasosobrahan sa gym.

  • Sir @pandoy what if halimbawa 12am ako natulog pero nagising naman ako 8am which is 8hrs of sleep. Considered pa rin ba siya as pagpupuyat?

    Whole milk papi ah. Hindi low fat/skim milk. Start ka din magkakakain ng mga nuts. Peanuts, cashew, almonds etc. At gawin mo ng tambayan yung mang inasal hahaha.

    oo, sulitin mo yung unli rice dun sir... haha, sarap nga diet mo e.. ako hindi ko na maalala kung kelan ako nag kanin.. hahaha.

  • century tuna. i used to buy sa groceries and just eat it straight out of the can. cheap and prepared na. healthy low on fat and high in good protein

  • eggs.. pina ka cheap na source of protien
    Sardines
    Mung Beans

  • i bought 3 kilos of burger patties and 4 kilos of chicken thigh, will last me around a week
