May nabasa ako na pag sinabay ang intake ng coconut oil and whey may hinder ang absorption ng whey?

I generally have ZERO fat when taking whey.
Well, since I only reserve my whey post workout + large amount of carbs. Depending on my goals, my carbs would be ranging from 50-100g carbs, 30g whey (+10g glutamine, +5g creatine)
