Struggling to eat more than 2500+ kcal

Hello share naman kayo dyan ng meal plan nyo everyday 2500+ kcal. Hirap ako eh kumain bilis mabusog. Clean bulk po sana.

    Here, just for two meals, eat beef if you want it to be calorie dense

    Sir tanong ko lang ano po magandang gamitin na mass gainer? may stomach cramps ako palagi dahil sa mutant mass 13 scoops lang ako this month tinigil ko na

    The last mass gainer i used was mega mass 4000, it was in the late 90s, im not too fond of it, most of it is sugar, btw, what are you trying to do? you dont need mass gainers if you want to consume 2500 calories only...

    gain at least 5 kg lang po. 2500 for food tska 500 calories sa food supplements

  • 3k calories is easy, if your stomach can take it, do whole milk......a liter a day is doable...

    Hehehe, nag search kasi ako sa ibang forum ng bodybuilding hindi daw okay yung fried tilapia. hehehe nakakataba thanks sir.
