Fitness metamorphosis
Im patrick im 30 yrs old 5'6. Mtagal na pala ko member ngaun lang nakapag post.
Mataba ako ngayon pero dati din pero dati nkapag papayat ako i lost 50lbs pero sobrang pangit kc nag rebound ung fat ko
Pangit kc ung diet ko nun sobrang restrictions siguro umabot ako sa 1k calories daily
So ngayon im fatter than i was before this is my biggest weight so far 215lbs up ung heaviest ko i was feeling a lot of things in my body which is not good minsan hirap huminga simpleng lakad hingal agad pag mga 10 kanto grabe hapdi paa ko and many more to top it off lakas ko pa uminom at mag yosi tpos sabi nila mukhang may 3 anak na daw ako manginginom mga nega ba
Then 1 day i just decided it's time para magbawas ng timbang
So after 6 weeks of strict dieting and 4 days exercise 2 days hiit i lost 15lbs i am now down to 200lbs and im still going
7th week ko na ngayon sana maabot ko ung tamang body composition ko

Youre in the right track, keep it up, youre right about eating only 1k calories a day is too low, if youre maintanace a day lets say is 3000 calories a day including exercise and you go down to 1k calories immediately, youll lose weight initialy but you cannot sustain it, youll stop losing fat....then what will you do? You cannot go down further coz its already too low...best way is start with a 500 a day deficit, youll lose bout a lb a week, its slow...but consistent....plus youll have enough calories to fuel yourself for your workouts and you dont feel deprived....less chance on cheating or going overboard....welcome and good luck..
Regarding sa drinking and smoking sir, better stop it habang maaga pa. Yes na experience ko yan nung nag smoke pa ako. Kaunting lakad lang hingal as in masikip dibdib ko hanggang umabot na nag pa checkup na ako. I'm Asthmatic by the way. Drinking maybe occasional but smoke is a NO NO talaga.
@TRoll_W_a_Heart un nga po dati sinasabi ng mga tao sakin kung nag da drugs ba ako o nagkasakit kc matindi pagpayat kk nun di maganda tapos pansin ko pag nag wo workout ako hindi na talaga nag move up ung weight na kaya ko buhatin sa ngaun po 1900 -2k cal a day ko po kc sedentary lifestyle sa gym lang ako tlga nagkikilos.. sguro mga 2lbs o 1kg nawawala sakin on a weekly basis
@t4g4y opo sir ung drinking madali pero yosi medyo hirap ako pero sa ngayon onti onti ko binabawasan hopefully hanggang sa tuluyan maalis dati lagpas 20stiks ata per day ngayon 11 sticks na lang konti konti ko aalisin salamat mga sir sa pag comment sa aking journal mag update ako d2 regarding sa aking fitness path
Im stopped smoking cold turkey since 2004 from 2 packs a day...alcohol free for 7 months. Kaya mo yan
Sir @TRoll_W_a_Heart congrats!!! sir bilib tlga ako sa mga katulad mo na kaya mag quit ng ganun lang.nag try na din ako mag quit cold turkey style ilang beses na.. sguro hindi para sakin boss ung gnun style so gingawa ko ngaun pa onti onti bawas gang mawala tuluyan.. kaya ko to!!!!
My dad died of lung cancer thats why i stopped cold turkey....i saw how hard it was...you cannot stop unti unti....pag may social gathering or inuman....lalakas ka uli...
My weekly workout is something like this
Mon -chest
Tues- back
Wed -legs
Thurs-arms
Fri-delts
Sat-hiit/cardio
Diet consists of
Chicken breast fillet
brocolli
Oats
white rice
ulam
egg
Supplements (the only supp i THINK is a must)
whey
Fishoil

Sir ler4_war error po sa pag post ng pic hehehe anyways i am planning on adding more cardio days sa ngaun po kc sir medyo may kabigatan pa ko so medyo masakit sa joints iwas injury po muna hehe pag pumayat pa ko konti sir dadagdag talaga ako cardio days po
Sir TRoll error po sa pic pero oks na hehe to be honest d pa ko nakakapag pa check ng blood sugar ko po pero before i started dieting pati working out madami ko naramdaman na di maganda pero ngaun po oks naman ako wala ako nararamdman na masama dati prang laging pagud sumasakit likod pero ngaun po wala na sila.☺
Salamat po sa pagbibigay ng mga advice mga idol appreciate it kung may nakikita po kau pwde ko pa i improve pls feel free to comment thanks po ulit mga sir.btw im currently at 194lbs when i started i was at 215 so first 2 weeks medyo mabilis pg lose ko ng lbs maybe water weight most of it tsaka ung first 2 weeks ko kc ng dieting eh kinakapa ko pa ung tdee ko bmr rmr etc... pero nung tumagal naging 2 lbs a week ba lng ang weight loss
Btw sa gym napaka tahimik ko halos hindi ako nakikipag usap so ung mga natututunan ko madalas eh galing sa pagbabasa o sa net so malaking tulong sakin etong site na to kc atleast d2 nakaka kita ako thread na minsan tungkol sa mga tanung ko din na wala sa google hahaha thank you po. Tsaka sa mga journals din ng mga taong kaparehas ko ng goal nagiging inspiration ko hahaha drama aun lang more power

Stop focusing too much on how you weigh, body composition is more important, its ok to chk every morning but its not the end all be all, first thing you should do is have your blood work done, to see where you stand, starting on a clean slate will help in deciding what you can and cannot eat....working out is the easiest part...food prep/selection and sticking to it is harder....
Ok po sir i will po regarding body composition.. may bayad yata blood work? Pro pg nagkapera ako i will do it thanks po sir troll ☺
Everybody should have an annual checkup, ask your HR where you can have a medical, there are packages like P1000 including the ecg....i do it 2-3x a year, i have a 50% discount at a hospital near here
Sa ngaun sir troll out of work po ako kc binabantayan ko relative ko po may malubhang sakit po so ginagamit ko lang kung anu kaya ko within my budget ☺ but definitely will do pag nakaluwag luwag hehe
