2 1/2 month progress or not?? advice?? skinnyfat here (with pics)
hi 5 6 skinny fat here 151 lbs in the morning
can you see any progress or not?
aim is to lower body fat from 20ish to at least 16 in 2 to 3months then lean bulk
im on my first day of cutting since the past 2 months im not really inclined on a particular diet
right now im aiming for 1940 cal per day since my maintenance in cal calculator says 2440
heres my diet
Breakfast (pre workout)
1 cup white rice 200 cals
5 oz chicken breast 150 cals
Veggie soup 35 cals
Banana 90 cals
After workout
2 scoops whey 240 cals
Banana 90 cals
Lunch
1/2 cup white rice 100 cals
5 oz chicken breast 150 cals
Veggie soup 35 cals
Banana 90 cals
Dinner
2 scoops whey 240 cals
Banana 90
Peanut butter 1 spoon 100 cals
12 eggwhites 200 cals
Lift 3x a week
4x a week 30 min hiit
*veggie soup is UTAN BISAYA =any1 whos an expert foodie here can tell me if this is nutritious or not?its accessible and brocolli is really expensive
i dnt have any macros yet since im still still reading up and figuring out how(confusing) =(

Just workout muna, dont overcomplicate stuff, wag ka muna mag isip ng bulking cutting, etc, concentrate on good form and motivate yourself first, if you overthink it, youll tired, burned out and discourage....just enjoy working out, every will fall into place

Regarding veggies, well if you know how to prepare your own food, i mean you know how to cook madali lang mag luto ng gulay. Ako kasi paborito ko pinakbet at chopseuy kasi andun lahat nang gulay. And yes ako nag luluto para alam ko ang timpla hehehe. may kaunting twist lang ako nilalagay like instead of baboy tofu nilalagay ko pero piniprito ko muna saglit. Tama may pagka mahal nga ang broccoli kaya bihira ako nabili nyan.
Minsan pag available ang mga gulay like saluyot, okra, kalabasa, alugbati, malunggay at sitaw gumagawa ako "laswa" kung tawagin sa amin yan, dunno kung may idea ka nyan basta masarap lalo na pag bagong luto. Ang sahog nyan either hipon or pritong isda or pritong daing na tuyo. My hometown is Bacolod City by the way kaya alam ko pano lutoin yang laswa hehe
