    ^ yes by eating at maintenance, at least 1.5g of protein per lean body mass for a safety margin
    pero dapat clean yung diet mo. that's whats gonna impact your fat loss.

    but you won't lose weight. :)

    muscle building requires calorie excess

    fat loss requires calorie deficit


    you can't have both going on at the same time

    focus first on building muscles then do a cutting phase

    when to do a cutting phase ? no one can tell you, it's up to you

    Just remember, the trainging method is the same for bulking phase and cutting phase

    Lifting light weights for high repetitions is a fat loss myth
