How many exercise per body part should you do?

Routine ko po kasi split routine 1 body part per day. Ilan ba dapat na exercise 7-8 o 6 exercise maximum.. over workout ba yun 7-8?

    depends on the individual, rule is, the more intensity, the less time you stay in the gym, more time you spend there means youre not working hard enough, 12-16 on large body parts, 8-12 on small ones is a good start, intensity means less time, preferably a hour or less, still depends on the individual.

    I'm dong 4 sets 12reps per 6-8exercise and 30-45 secs rest per set i spent 2hours or more everyday in the gym. so i don't need to rest?

    Thats overkill, too many sets, 2hrs in the gym is too long, there is a saying " stimulate not annihilate" stimulate with the least amount of sets and time in the gym...moderately heavy and in good form..if you keep on doing what you are doing youll burn out...ok yung 45sec rest between sets.

  • sabi trainer ko at least an hour or less para burn nang fat din hehe
    hirap kung marami tao antay ka pa kaya punta ako after 1 pm parang ikaw lang may ari nang gym kaw lang mag isa haha

    hehe ganun dun ako nung kakaumpisa 1hour 2 exercise per body part

    Overkill yan. wag masyado to paps baka wala na result makikita
