Survey Egg white only vs. Whole egg

kapag bulking po ba okay rin ba kainin yung egg yolks or dapat yung egg whites lang kahit bulking or cutting ka? tia

    hehehe ako kasi sir more on whites, pag 6 eggs a day, two whole eggs kinakain ko tapos sa apat na natira ang apat na yolks bigay ko sa officemate ko para di ma sayang hehe. Ang dry kasi kainin nung yolk eh parang pulbos hehehe

    @t4g4y Naku baka mas may gains pa yung office mate mo kesa sayo sir heheheh kung di ako ngkakamali 6g ata protein ng egg,2g sa white at 4g sa yolk. Nasa yolk din ang maraming amino acid. Suggest ko para di mag dry yung yolk,estimate mo yung pag luto,yung tipong may pgka malasado yung yolk pero hard na yung white.

    Nabasa ko kasi sir high sa cholesterol ang egg yolk. Besides pag binoil, yung yolk di ko gusto ang texture pag kinain ang hirap lunukin hahaha parang tart parang pulbos ba. Pero pag sunny side up or scrambled eggs I don't care, kain lahat yan hehe

    haha you have a point sir, hmmm I scramble ko nalang kaya lahat instead na boiled? that way araw araw ko maluto. Ang ginagawa ko kasi, bumibili ako isang tray for the week, tapos boil ko lahat yan, tapos saksak sa ref, kumukuha lang ako 6 everyday tapon ang yellow hehehe. baon sa office.

    Sir try mo i scramble, sunny side up, or scramble with kamatis. Experiment mo sir, para hindi ka kaagad maumay sa itlog. Araw2 na boiled egg, sa simula lang yan masarap.

    If i told you you need cholesterol for more testosterone, do a little more research, if you have more questions, dont hesitate to ask, this is coming from someone who used to have 210/100 Blood pressure,

    And multiple maintanance medicine,...now my doctor removed all medicines becoz it was too low, btw i eat around, 6-8whole eggs in one sitting.

    Maganda nyan gawin mong negosyo yung yolk. Gawin mong leche flan kasi more on yolk leche flan tpos benta mo sa ofis mates mo hehehe nag gains kana nagka pera kpa hehehe
