Na share lng sa akin dati pato.

ITO YOUNG COMPUTATION:
A. Your weight in pounds.
B. Multiply A by 12 to get your basic calorie needs.
C. Multiply B by 1.6 to estimate your resting metabolic rate (calorie burn without factoring in exercise)
D. Strength Training: Multiply the number of minutes you lift weights per week by 5.
E. Aerobic Training: Multiply the number of minutes per week that you run, cycle and play sport by 8.
F. Add D and E, and divided by 7.
G. Add C and F to get your daily calorie needs.
H. Add 500 to G. This is your estimated daily calorie need to gain 1 pound a week.

Sa Akin:

A. 125 pounds
B. 125 x 12 = 1,500 calories needs.
C. 1,500 X 1.6 = 2,400 ( needed without factoring in exercise - pag walang activity na ginagawa ito need ko a day)
D. 120 X 5 = 600---->(60 x 2 = 120 "2 hours kc ako nag bubuhat") X (5 DAYS AKO NAG BUBUHAT)
E. Aerobic run = 0 di ako matakbo e. kaya "0"
F. 600 + 0 = 600 / 7 = 85.71
G. 600 + 85.71 = 2,485 Calorie need a day para ma sustain ko ung pag bubuhat.
H. 500 + 2,485 = 2,985 Calorie if gusto ko mag gain ng 1 pound a week.

    That is a good start but not that accurate, there are days that your output is more thats when you need more calories, there are time you need less which is on restdays.
