Since I stopped supplementation some 2 years ago, I rely on food to get most of my macros. It's been a struggle for me since I've been guessing my intake an d inconsistent with my diet. I want to make a commitment to my diet in a most cost-effective way possible. I wish you can help me

If you have a smartphone, just download myfitness pal. I too rely on whole foods for my macros, i just use whey if i cant bring any food with me,

Good thing bout myfitnesspal is it cant sync with a heart rate devices like fitbit, garmin and polar, it also can connect to other apps like endomondo, mapmyfitness etc...
ganda pala ng app..di ko pa xa na appreciate kase sira2x tong fone ko eh.. yaan mo pag naka bili na ako ng bagong telepono.. out of budget kase ako lahat eh pero i wont give up bahala na.. i never learn how to quit pa naman.. hehehe
lol! nakakatamad naman yan.. gumagana pa naman phone ko pero basag na nga yung screen. wala akong budget for new phone kase hanggang rent lang ng bahay at gatas lang ni baby ang inaabot ng pera ko. hahahahaha nag hahanap nga ako ng raket na malinis eh.
ayun! kase mahirap lang tayo eh.. kung single lang siguro kayang kaya naman mag supps at clean diet eh.
ngayun halos puro carbs na lang ang diet kase tipid2x na sa ulam! hahahahaha kung di lang naupo si digong, andaming pgkakakitaan talagang hindi mabuti..lol jokes
