    skip leg day na naman ako,di pa nawawala sipon ko eh. dati kasi pinilit ko mag legs kahit may sipon ako,ayun nauwi sa lagnat

    nag legs na ako kanina sir,normal nmn temp ko at hinog na yung dapat mahinog sa ilong ko haha pero volume lang ako kanina sa squat.

    @t4g4y bloated eh,buti nga na piga ko pa kahit hingal pako heheh di ko din alam paps kung ilan bodyfats ko,di pa nmn kasi ako nkkapag sukat nyan. Pero malaki pa yan tiyan ko na yn,kkatamad din mag ab workout
