Need help ( Fat Loss)

Im 5'5 in height, 200lbs, with 38 waistline.

I want to lose weight and at the same time gain muscles (abs, shoulders, biceps), pero not too bulky, parang.

    Contrary to what people say, weight loss isn't just all about calories in vs. calories out. Even genetics play a very big role, gender, and also your body type. But if there's one thing you can control it's how much food you take in and how much you work out.

    Start with getting your BMR, there are lots of calculators online - check how much calories you need to maintain your weight. To lose weight, eat below that number (subtract 500 calories of intake per day) and lift weights. Make sure you get at least 1g of protein per day. After three weeks, assess your weight loss. If you're gaining, lessen your calories or increase activity. If you're losing, keep it that way and just keep going. It's easier for men, so it should be easy for you for as long as you're dedicated to it. Dedication is the most important thing. If you want something, stick to it until you get it.

    As for workout programs.. Might want to start with Rippetoe's Starting Strength. It's "newbie friendly" :)

    kung may machete diet...may siomai diet na din pala :D

    Effective sakin yung Siomai diet. Hehehe.. Pwede rin eat rice kahit half lang. Masarap ang cheap lang pati.

    Hehehe.. oo nga eh. Naalala ko lagi ako pinupuna siomai lang kinakain ko lagi. Tapos bigla naki siomai diet na rin mga kasama ko. Hahaha.. ^_^

    pero siempre in moderation ;)

    Pag nag tatangal ng taba isa sa key points is, for me lang ha, you can eat naman yung masarap. basta in moderation. Example dati nag sio siomai ako 75 pesos (12 pcs) ngayon yung 4 pcs dalawa o tatlo lang kinakain ko.

    rewarding naman yung hardwork / control mo non.

    Fat loss talaga:

    Cardio.... then tirahin mo yung abs exercises...

    First cut your junk/fast diet and eats healthy like vegetables,fruits,beans and juices.Because low calories food helps you to take down your fat and weight.Second increase your healthy meal by one or two meals,like if you are already taking two meals per day,take it to three but healthy and selective food,it will helps you to increase your muscle without bulky and fat.

    wala kasing mantika ang siomai steamed lang.
    tapos ung siomai kasi ngaun d purong karne un may halong soya un pero lasang karne..
