Im 5'5 in height, 200lbs, with 38 waistline.
I want to lose weight and at the same time gain muscles (abs, shoulders, biceps), pero not too bulky, parang.

Start with getting your BMR, there are lots of calculators online - check how much calories you need to maintain your weight. To lose weight, eat below that number (subtract 500 calories of intake per day) and lift weights. Make sure you get at least 1g of protein per day. After three weeks, assess your weight loss. If you're gaining, lessen your calories or increase activity. If you're losing, keep it that way and just keep going. It's easier for men, so it should be easy for you for as long as you're dedicated to it. Dedication is the most important thing. If you want something, stick to it until you get it.
As for workout programs.. Might want to start with Rippetoe's Starting Strength. It's "newbie friendly"

pero siempre in moderation
Pag nag tatangal ng taba isa sa key points is, for me lang ha, you can eat naman yung masarap. basta in moderation. Example dati nag sio siomai ako 75 pesos (12 pcs) ngayon yung 4 pcs dalawa o tatlo lang kinakain ko.
rewarding naman yung hardwork / control mo non.

wala kasing mantika ang siomai steamed lang.
tapos ung siomai kasi ngaun d purong karne un may halong soya un pero lasang karne..
