Model body goal with V shape

Good day,

Please help me build abs, pecs and v-shape back. will upload pic soon.

Foods to add on my diet:
2 pcs boiled egg with yolk and 4pcs egg white
additional 1 century tuna brine ( total of 2 ) = 60 protein
soya milk 250ml bought from magtataho along the street
chicken breast ( cooked in boiling water, masyadong plain ang lasa haha )

PS:
I have shoulder injury so most of my chest are machine and dumbells
