Im currently around 147 lbs now, thinking of doing recomp if its possible. Any related info regarding this is always appreciated. Thanks.!
Its time now to resurrect this journal. Hope this is for good.
Monitor my progress for 20 weeks starting this week, Dec.13,2015 - Apr.30,2016.
Goal: Reach 160lbs by the end of Apr.
Ht: 5'8...Wt: 142lbs.(146lbs with clothes and accessories)
Lifts would comprise of:
Start from scratch again...
Deadllift 3x8-12
Bench Press 3x8-12
Squat 3x8-12
Overhead 3x8-12
Pulldown 3x8-12
Crunch 3x30
Diet: Daily Calorie Intake must be above 2700 Kcal, 1g of CHON/body wt.(tweak this if necessary)
2700 is based on IIFYM (bulking)
Daily Meal Plan: 3 meals per day (2 rice, 1 viand, 1 veggie)
2 snacks (bread with pbutter)
4 banana per day
2 eggs per day
Workout: 3 times/week(T,Th,S). Sunday: 5km jog/walk. Wednesday:Basketball.
Supp: Still got some left-over Crea Powder(MPharm). Will not buy anything after.
