Got it, sa ngayon di ko pa naman kailangan spotter my goal is proper lift execution pag ok na form ko then go for heavy na ko,

Meal plan since payat ako 137 pounds, eat more than usual add more protein, pero I follow the 6 meal plan.

    Added:
Mag whey protein at creatine nga pala ako cguro next month tight budget ko now eh :D

If you're just starting, you're better off doing Starting Strength by Ripptoe. Build a solid foundation first on those compound lifts before you do a split routine.

Tnx sir actually nakita ko na dati pa yang kay Ripptoe, mukhang ok naman, I have his complete video na download ko sa torrent hehehe, nagustuhan ko yung lesson and tips nya para sa smart lifting at yun iba such as deadlifts, squats, Bench press sinusunod ko.

I suggest you do that program instead.
