Para sa akin, mas maganda i-compute ang protein base sa raw weight ng karne. Raw weight naman kasi pag bumili ka ng karne
Sa current weight mo ngayon, try eating 120 grams of protein per day
Napansin ko pala, walang gulay at prutas sa diet mo. Importante yun. You won't progress very far pag walang gulay at prutas
Payo ko lang, tanggalin mo na yung biscuits at palitan mo ng green / leafy vegetables
