Hello guys... good day kaka start ko lang ng gym. anu po ang maipapayo ninyo super payat ko talaga 55kg. gusto ko magkalaman naman maalis lang ung mga boto2x at ribs. tama lang po ba ung mga kinain ko? anu po ba best talaga everyday workout or ung 1day in 1 day out. pa suggest naman kayo guys if meron pang kulang sa mga ginagawa ko... thanks in advance

every meal siguro., mga 2cups usually ulam ko tuna lang at fish ung kung anu available sa karenderia wala na kasi ako time magluto, im living alone...
Based on your picture, you're a skinny fat guy, thin body overall but there is belly fat. Eat lots of lean meat + lots of green/leafy vegetables. For protein intake, I suggest starting with 100 to 120 grams of protein per day given your current body weight of 121 lbs (55 kgs).
