Hi, im pau started working out last week, 170lbs 5'9, maliit braso ko pero malaki tyan ko pati side fats. Wala pa ko permanent program na sinusunod. Hoping na you experts eh makahelp sa journey ko. Goal ko is big arms and chest, flat tummy and legs proportionate sa size. Thanks!! If needed ng pic ko im willing to post naman. Haha

    Hi pafs, welcome sa pbb. Kung wala kapa permanent program, you may try the SL 5x5 program, http://stronglifts.com/5x5/ , it is good for the beginners, strength wise. With regards to your goal, there is no shortcut or easy way to achieve it. The only key is consistency, motivation, focus and hardwork. Basta wag ka lang mainip pafs, kapag may nakita kana konting gains or improvement, mas gaganahan ka magworkout. welcome sa ulit

    parang 3 months yata nakalagay dyan eh, ndi ko lang matandaan. pero may iba dito na umaabot ng 6 months to 1 year hanggat hindi nila naachieve ung lakas na gusto nila. tanong ka lang kapag may mga naguguluhan ka jan sa SL 5x5 na yan, mdami makakasagot sau dito

    Sige sir worried lang ako medyo since beginner nga ako baka d ko ma execute ung proper posture. Puros machine kse ako sa current gym ko ngayon. Haha kaya d ko pa msyado alam ung deadlift, overhead press and barbell row may alternative kaya dun?

    Youtube ka pafs, dami don na proper technique to execute those exercises. DL, OHP, SQ and BB Row, yan ung mga importanteng compund lift na dapat natutunan ng mga beginners. Kasi compound sya, madaming muscles na matatarget nya. Ska kung hindi mo sya gagawin, mawawala ung program ng SL 5x5. saka wala naman saten nagsimula sa pagbubuhat na alam agad yang mga compound lifts na yan, meron alam pero mali form. ako nga lately ko lang natutunan mga proper form eh, haha.

    Ok rin yang SL 5x5, pero madali lang siya so nabibitin ang iba. Try mo ICF 5x5 bruh, same lang sila ng SL 5x5 pero may added accessory workouts. Magagawa mo toh in just an hour and a half depende sa pahinga mo per set. Proven and tested rin tong program nato bruh. Ito rin ginagawa ko right now and nafifeel at nakikita ko ang gains. Search mo narin proper form bruh para iwas injury at better gains.

    Mga sir medyo d ako fan ng SL hahaha may ibang workout pa ba na pwde? Nag woworkout ako sun tues thurs. may program ba dyan na pwde pamalit sa SL
