nghahanap ako ng bagong program e,
a newbie pero, may question ako jan sa SL5x5.
5 reps 5 sets same weight ba yan o nagi-increase ka ng weight per set?
Then on the following week increase naman yung max weight by 5 lbs?
Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko?

Ang "official" template ng Stronglifts 5x5 ni Mehdi, straight sets, ibig sabihin pare-parehong weight tapos magdaragdag ka ng weight kada session basta't kaya mong kumpletuhin yung 5x5.
Kung pumalya ka, halimbawa, sa ikalimang set 3 reps lang ang nagawa mo, uulitin mo yung weight na ginamit mo sa susunod na session. Kapag nabuo mo ng 5x5 tsaka ka na magdagdag uli.
Salamat bro, tama pala iniisip ko. Mejo nagdalawang isip lang ako sa weight pero

Thanks for the link bro. BTW, may nabasa ako na to build muscle dapat ang
rest between sets is 90secs and to gain strength naman 3mins. Any comments
on this?
