Clean Bulking or Monster Bulking?

Hi PBB brothers! Just want to start a discussion here.
What is your take between Clean Bulking or Monster Bulking? and your definition, as the internet defines them with too many versions.
Being endo-man, my take is Clean Bulking, and my personal definition of it is to have a gradual increase of surplus until I find my sweet spot of gaining weight around 1-2 lbs per week (still in my newbie gains). By gradual increase, I mean 200 calorie surplus increments.

MAs mataas sa maintaining total cals mo bro.
From what I researched, Macros for bulking should at least look like this;
Protein -1 gram per lb of body weight
Carbohydrates - 2 grams per lb of body weight
Fats - 1 gram per 3 lbs of body weight
But some still prefer to lean more on protein than carbohydrates, and fats during rest days...
ako kasi kaen lang ng kaen more on carbs , and trying to eat more protein din still no macro computation , siguro kapag naabot ko na yung goal weight ko , ang goal ko pa lang ngayon ay mag gain ng mass , kahit 40/60 muscle/fats or 50/50 ,

When I felt I needed to change my body from a very thin physique (also an ectomorph), ang ginawa ko noon, I ate full meals every two to three hours every day. Drank mass gainers and religiously took 1L of milk per day whilst working out just three times a week. I saw results in just three months. Pero more on fats din ako nun kasi grabe rice intake ko non. Pinipilit ko na lang kumain minsan kahit nasusuka na ako. Haha. That was 2012.
Well, most bodybuilders nowadays say that if they could have changed one thing when they started, they would say that they should have paid more attention to nutrition. True enough, huwag madaliin results like I did. Pay more attention to your macronutrients. Dito ko lang rin natutunan sa PBB how to compute. Lurk lurk lang. Lol. Good luck bros.
From my personal experience, hindi talaga maganda at practical kumain ng excessive amounts of food on a regular basis regardless if it's more protein... unless, may pagagamitan ka. So kung gano ka kalakas kumain dapat at par yung training mo dun. Madali lang kasi kumain ng madami at kumain ng konti, ang mahirap ay yung pag assess mo sa training mo kung enough ba, sobra or kulang to match your calorie intake. Kaya madami tumataba or hindi lumalaki na noob bulkers kasi sa training sila sablay.
Yup, that was my mistake when I started. Sometimes, you make hasty stupid decisions kapag nagmamadali sa results.
Ngayon nasa 1 month na ko ng IF at nakikita ko na may pagbabago,Napapansin na din ng mga coleagues ko ang pagliit ng tyan ko.
Wala pang steroids ng era na yun at di pa uso ang supplements pero ang lalakas nila
