I WANT TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL.. HELP!!

Hi mga bossing. newbie po ako. I need some advise..
Nagwwork out ako at home for 3 weeks now. I lost 1kl. Ung routine ko po I get from facebook (30days bikini challenge).. Ngaun ang napansin ko.. pumayat ako which is good and bad at the same time kc nwla ung curve ko, pero ung arms ko talaga ung problem area ko.. khit n pumayat ako, ung braso mlaki pa dn.. Average lang naman body type ko never naging chubby..or too slim. pero I want leaner muscles and abs especially tone butt.
So far I like what I'm doing, baka mgtuloy tuloy n to. Ang sarap pgsobrang pawis sk ung feeling na "I'm pushing myself to the limit" everytime I need to keep up the repetition. :sport::sport:
Mga boss kelangan ko ba more arms excercises para lumiit arms ko? or weight lifting?
Kailangan ko ba ng supplements like protein powder. creatine or amino acid para mgkamuscles legs, butt and abs ko?
I'm a beginner, I really need your advise...=(=(=(

Need ba tagala ng supp para magka muscles kasi ako kulang budjet ko kasi kailan ng gatas ng anak ko pwde bah sa whole foods nalang ako bumawi

the mere fact that it is called a" supplement" means na secondary lang sya. You still need to focus sa whole foods na kinakain mo.
the good thing about supplement is that it's convenient. isang lagok 20 - 25g of protein kagad diba? Pero kung walang budget, di naman siya mandatory. As long as you can hit your macro goal sa mga pagkain, then your good to go.
uu nga eh siguro pag cutting phase na ako mag iipon ako pang whey para maabot ko marcos ko ngayo fucos muna sa bulking kasi newbie pa naman ako hehehe

5'4'' 52kls po ako.. Im not sure kung ilan grams of protein from solid food kailangan ko pra mkuha ung desire body ko. So far almusal ko isang bowl ng oatmeal with banana and raisin. Tapos kain ako 3 boiled egg a day( for2 weeks plang hehe). Then lunch and dinner kanin isda gulay. My binili n dn akong chicken breast. Divide ko by 4 part at least once a day... hindi kc ako mhlig sa karne eh.. ok n po b un?
Ang gusto ko kc ms mgkaenergy pg ngwwork out eh. Kaya naicip ko bka need ko ng supplement. Pra ms mhaba ung reps.Then kinabukasan sakit ng katawan ko. Sarap;)
Ano p po bng solid food pede iadd sa diet ko? Ayoko kcng sobrang pumayat ... gusto ko nlng mtone ktawan ko.
No need for protein powders
Stick with whole foods. Magkaiba ang epekto sa satiety (kabusugan) ng protein powder at ng protein coming from whole food like beef, chicken, and fish. Mabigat na sa tyan ang 80 to 100g of protein coming from chicken or beef if you will eat it in one seating pero madali lang po inumin ang 80 to 100g of protein coming from protein powders at may gana ka pa kumain ng junk foods. Kaya pagdating sa fat loss, whole food is king
Kumain ka rin po ng green vegetables para sa fiber at sa satiety. Sa akin, halos araw-araw ako kumakain ng steamed broccoli. Tamad ako magluto ng ginisang monggo at ng pakbet kaya steamed broccoli na lang ang everyday gulay ko. he he. Pwede rin ang kangkong, monggo, at malunggay. Ok rin ang ginisang ampalaya kasi madali lutuin. Tiis na lang sa pait

- 0.8g of protein for every pound of bodyweight
- there is ~20g of protein for every 100g (weight when raw) of lean meat

Naku boss puro ganyan ulam namin si Mama kc high blood kaya once a week lng kami mg karne, gulay isda palagi. Need ko pala talaga ng lean meat, kulang po b ung quarter size ng chicken breast a day? saka ung eggs dagdagan ko pa po.. lagi dn nka-dip ung daliri ko sa peanut butter... ok n po b un? Salamat ng mdae sa reply..

Go natural and solid food n lang po ako...
3 eggs a day, peanut butter, isang basong taho sa umaga, chicken breast at san marino tuna.
Kahit babae po b pedeng mgweights?
