Hi Guys! What is your take on Pasteurized Egg Whites?

Who includes this on their diet? and mind sharing ideas for its intake?

    I believe what nature gives is better. Usually, food that comes in packaging has preservatives which can cause diseases


    If you are worried about salmonella from regular egg, here is what I do
    1. Throw the egg if it has even a tiny crack on the shell (Wag manghinayang sa Php 6. Mas magastos ang food poisoning)
    2. Wash the shell
    3. Cook the egg (fried or boiled)
    4. Throw the egg if it has a bad smell upon opening

    Intake of egg white should be balanced with intake of egg yolk. I don't know the exact ratio but there will be a health problem if you eat too much egg white and too few egg yolk.

    Just cooked this for my second meal! Wheat Flakes Mackerel Omelette using Pasteurized Egg Whites! Its good! cooked under 10 mins including the preparation! And it has a whopping 72 grams of protein!

    Sir meron sa mga shopwise...pero yung natry ko locally made by an egg supplier sa Batangas, although di pa ganun kasteady ang supply

    Magtanong ka sa palengke sa mga nagbebenta ng leche flan. yolks lang kelangan nila sa itlog kaya minsa binebenta nila yung white sa mga bakery para gawing merenge or brazo de mercedes. Kumausap ka na ng maayos na tindera para suki ka na at hindi ka dayain.

    Hi guys - I've just moved to the Philippines from New Zealand and have been looking for liquid egg whites. We had them back home and it's just so much quicker and more convenient. Did you ever have any luck finding them? Thanks! :)

    Oo Bro, kakilala kasi ng ate ko ung gumagawa ng lecheplan dun sa bakery sa loob ng shopwise dami daw nasasayang na egg whites dun tinatapon lang nila. kaya ayun binili ko nalang at 5kg good for 140 pesos only haha! expiration sabi ng nagbabaked dun 1-2 week matagal na un. kaya nga napapaisip ako paano ko ito uubusin within 2 weeks haha!

    Ganito bro, nabili ko over the counter ng shopwise. ngayun since dun nagtatrabaho ate ko sa shopwise staff siya dun kakilala niya ung nagbabaked ng leche flan dun. then sabi ko sa ate ko ano ginagawa nila sa white eggs sabi ng ate ko minsan binebenta minsan tintatapon nalang. pero hindi ka makakabili sa shopwise na ganyan karami kung wala kang kakilala sa LOOB(staff) ng shopwise.

    sobrang mura ng nakuha mo bro @SmallWIJI .. wow, yung 1 kilo nung sakin 170 na agad. Pwede ibusiness yan lol

    Oo Bro, 5kg yan good for 140 pesos. dahil sobrang dami niyan namigay ako ng egg whites dun sa GYMate ko na pulis. dahil kahit anong manyari hindi ko kayang ubusin yan within 2 weeks haha! Business medyo malabo bro kasi nagkakaroon lang sila ng egg whites kapag may mass production sila sa shopwise na lecheplan hehe!
